A former employee is suing a St. Petersburg lumber company, alleging wrongful termination.
Jonathan Haight filed a complaint Jan. 4 in Pinellas Circuit Court against Tibbetts Lumber Co LLC, alleging he was fired after seeking benefits for an injured shoulder.
