Class Codes & Rates:

Code 8901 is applicable to “exchange” operations of telecommunication companies such as, but not limited to, public, private or cellular telephone companies; telegraph companies and cable or direct television satellite companies. As indicated by Code 8901’s phraseology, the code includes office or clerical operations of these entities. Code 8742 is available for outside salespersons. Refer to Code 7600 for all other operations.
