The following expands on the footnote and explains what is meant by the term “offset-type duplicator.” Duplicator is another term for printing press. This machine may have one or two rollers to supply ink and a relatively small printing area. This results in the maximum size paper requirement noted above, which distinguishes the quick print shop from a Code 4299 printing operation.
