Class Codes & Rates:

 Code 7611 applies to the installation, replacement, removal and maintenance of underground telephone and cable TV main lines by contractors. It also includes the clearing of the right-of-way when performed in conjunction with the above. Conduit construction is to be separately rated. This classification is not applicable to employees of a telephone or cable TV company.
