Code 7317F is applied to insureds engaged in stevedoring operations performed by hand or hand trucks. It includes the incidental use of power-driven escalators, conveyors and forklifts. For purposes of this classification, these devices are not considered hoisting devices. Refer to Code 7309F when hoisting devices such as cranes are used on other than an incidental basis.
