Code 5613 applies to the payroll of cleaners, timekeepers and watch guards provided by a temporary labor service only if the client company's total payroll for cleaners, timekeepers and watch guards exceeds all other payroll of the client subject to the construction or erection classifications at the same job or location. Payroll of the client includes payroll paid to temporary help and payroll paid to direct employees of the client entity.
