Per NCCI's Scopes Code Description:
Code 5445 includes the installation of wallboard, sheetrock, drywall, plasterboard, or cement board (drywall) in private residences or commercial buildings. In the event that drywall is installed in a private residence by a general contractor responsible for the entire dwelling construction project, Code 5645 applies to the drywall installation.
