Code 4493 is applicable to insureds engaged in the business of coating or impregnating fabrics with oils, varnishes, lacquers, plastics or rubber. Fabrics may be coated or impregnated using spreading, dipping or pressurizing processes. As necessary, the fabric may be drained of excess solutions and/or dried or baked in ovens.
