Code 2835 applies exclusively to the assembling of parts to produce all types of brushes, brooms and mops. Parts such as wood, plastic, metal or wire backs and handles, which are manufactured by other concerns, are assembled by hand tools. Operations which call for woodworking machines are not contemplated by this class although there can be incidental reaming, cutting and sewing operations.
