Per NCCI's Scopes Code Description:
Code 2110 applies to the manufacture of pickles, pickled tomatoes, pickled peppers, sauerkraut and related products. These products are generally prepared by placing the "unpickled" product in a barrel with spice ingredients and salt brine to be cured. At the end of the curing period the pickled products are packed into glass jars and sealed.
