Code 2105 is applied to insureds engaged in fruit packing. The operations, generally seasonal in character, involve buyers who go to farms and arrange to purchase the farmers' fruit crops on a bulk basis. At harvest time, employees of the risk classified to Code 2105 collect the fruit picked by the farmers' crews and bring this produce to a central location. There, additional Code 2105 crews sort, grade, pack or otherwise prepare the fruit for transportation to market.
