Code 0170 applies to all acreage or facilities devoted to the raising of fur bearing animals such as mink, chinchilla, fox, etc., and includes the skinning, fleshing and drying of the skins. The classification is applied to alligator farms that raise the reptiles for commercial purposes. In addition, Code 0170 is also applied to the breeding and custodial care of laboratory animals such as mice, rats, hamsters, etc.
