Code 7405 applies to flying crew personnel employed by scheduled air carriers, commuter air carriers, supplemental air carriers, or any other commercial operators who conduct operations with fixed-wing aircraft under Part 121 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. Such employees include, but are not limited to, pilots, copilots, navigators, stewards, stewardesses, and other in-flight attendants.
