The bags or sacks are used as containers for flour, sugar, salt, meat products, vegetables, fruit, fertilizer, coal, building materials, etc. The classification includes bale opening, cloth slitting, sheeting, folding, sewing and turning. Code 2578 also contemplates the renovation or repairing of bags or sacks.
