Insureds assigned to this classification may fabricate the chassis or other parts including the automobile, truck or bus bodies, or they may receive these parts from other manufacturers along with axle assemblies, wheels, tires, transmissions, clutches, engines, fuel systems, cooling systems, electrical systems, steering gears, truck cabs or any other part needed to assemble complete automobiles, trucks or buses. Code 3808 is also applied to insureds engaged in the manufacture of complete carriages or wagons. The operations involve the cutting, punching and drilling of metal parts as well as the cutting of lumber to proper length and subsequent assembly. This classification is applied to insureds engaged in the manufacture or assembly of golf carts, bumper cars used in amusement park rides, snowmobiles and skid or pallet jack trucks.
